We believe in transparency. Here's what you asked most.
What counts as a 'published site'?+
A published site is any live URL hosted through Coherence that has been deployed at least once. Staging versions and draft sites don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my visitor limit?+
We'll notify you when you hit 80% of your monthly allocation. Your site stays live, but overage beyond the limit may experience slight throttling until the next billing cycle resets.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep full access until then.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?+
Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start. You decide if you want to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans on Team and Enterprise tiers.
Do you offer refunds?+
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; we don't offer refunds for partial months. Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days.
What does 'remove Coherence branding' mean?+
On Pro and above, your published sites won't show the Coherence wordmark or powered-by badge. The URL structure and hosting still come through Coherence infrastructure.
What's included in Enterprise onboarding?+
Your dedicated account team runs a kickoff call, migrates your existing sites, and provides a custom documentation setup. Most enterprises are fully operational within two weeks.
